At Aibss Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that purchasing fragrances online can sometimes be challenging, and we want you to feel completely confident with every order. Our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the perfume bottle must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining. The product should be in its original packaging, including the box, tags, and any complimentary items received. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice, must also be provided. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include items that are more than 10% used, personalized or custom-made fragrances, tester or sample sizes such as 2ML or 5ML vials, opened or used gift sets, and items purchased at discounted or sale prices.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@aibssfragrance.com or via WhatsApp at +92 330-0004180, providing your order details and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions along with the return address. Pack the product securely, including all original components, and send it back through a traceable courier service. After receiving your return, our team will carefully inspect the product. If it meets the return criteria, a refund will be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or directly to your bank account, depending on your preference. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, you may return the original item by following the return process mentioned above. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for your desired product. Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the original item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item. We will ensure a prompt resolution through either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
International Orders
Customers outside Pakistan are responsible for covering return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. For any international return, please contact us first at support@aibssfragrance.com before sending the item back.
