We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Fragrances must be unopened and in their original condition.

Opened or used perfumes, testers, and items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.

How do I get a refund or exchange?

How long does shipping take and can I track my order?

Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days nationwide. You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please share an unboxing video or photo with our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
